While we hope that you are always delighted with your order, we understand there are occasions that your may want to return items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email within 5 business days of receipt of item.

We are happy to refund the total cost of item not including shipping and handling.   If there has been an error on our side, or defect in an item, we will also refund shipping.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must ship your item for refund within 14 business days of receipt of original purchase to qualify for refund. 

International Buyers – Please Note: 
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Please note that on the rare occasion your country’s customs office may hold a package up to 6 weeks.

Include in your package the original receipt. 

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt of returned item.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return

We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

We cannot accept responsibility for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
